It is Jason Young with Valley Homes and Estates.
I have had the pleasure of meeting most of you but if we have not had a chance to meet yet allow me to introduce myself.
I have lived in Roripaugh Ranch for 8 years with my wife and 2 children now aged 9 and 11.
For the last 5 years I have been the chair of the social committee and responsible for all of the community events.

As much as I love planning all for the events this is not my primary job but a way for me to support a community that has always supported me.
