Jason Young was born and raised in Southern California. From a young age, he was curious about homes, how they were planned, built and sold. Upon graduating college, he began the road to real estate when he started working for a new home developer in the Inland Empire. There, he took on anything and everything they threw at him – eager to learn as much as he could.
The Real Estate industry grabbed Jason at his core. His passion drove him to earn his Real Estate License, then Broker’s License, and an MBA emphasizing in Real Estate. This path allowed Jason to combine two of his favorites things in life – homes and people. Jason is a tenacious, hardworking, go getter – Focused on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
Outside of these passions, the true fuel to his fire is his family. Jason is married to his beautiful wife Ryan and they have two exceptional children, Jameson and Declan. “They are my everything. Their love and support is the true secret to my drive and success.”
Cory Forseth brings a strong background in both negotiation and customer service to Valley Homes and Estates. His many years as a Customer Service Manager have provided Cory with the capability to effectively negotiate on his client’s behalf while delivering an optimal level of client satisfaction. Cory’s attention to detail and hardworking work ethic ensure your best interest is his highest priority.
Cory has been a resident of the Temecula/Murrieta area for over 25 years, bringing a strong personal connection to the neighborhood. After graduating from one of our local high schools, Cory moved to the Bay Area to attend college. After graduating, he made the move back down South, as he knew there was no other place he would want to raise a family and plant roots of his own. From coaching youth sports to enjoying the many local family activities with his wife and two children, this area truly is home.
Laura brings her experience as an event sales manager to Valley Homes and Estates. Prior to joining the team, she sold, managed and designed corporate events in San
Diego. Her extensive background in sales gives her the ability to connect and understand her clients’ goals and needs.
As a child in the St. Louis area, Laura learned about real estate at a young age. Her parents invested in numerous rental properties. This taught her the ins and outs of home buying, selling and renovating.
Laura graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Saint Louis University. She moved to Southern California 15 years ago and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys playing ice hockey, golfing, playing tennis and enjoying the beautiful state of California.
As a Temecula resident, Whitney has an intimate, and extensive knowledge of the local area. Having shown hundreds of homes to prospective buyers, she understands the wants and needs of her clients to deliver their dream home. She combines her BBA in Finance from SMU, with her experience as military spouse to be strategic in her approach. Whitney has moved 6 times, to 5 different states, and 1 foreign country. She became a realtor because she feels strongly that you need an advocate who will work for YOU to find the home of your dreams.
